**Online Registration for the 2021-2022 season opens July 12, 2021 and will close September 5th, 2021.

Newcastle Mites Program

* Registration for players born in 2017

* Registration Fee: $425  

* NEW players must email a copy of their birth certificate to Registrar in PDF format - OMHA mandate - No exceptions!

* NEW players must complete the Respect In Sport Parent Course - OMHA mandate – The program is mandatory for all parents/guardians of players registering for the 2020-2021 season. No player (under the age of 18 years) will be rostered to ANY team (Representative/House League) until this program has been undertaken by a parent/guardian.


U7 Division (Formerly Initiation)

* Registration for players born in 2015-2016

* Registration Fee: $425  

* NEW players must email a copy of their birth certificate to Registrar in PDF format - OMHA mandate - No exceptions!

* NEW players must complete the Respect In Sport Parent Course - OMHA mandate – The program is mandatory for all parents/guardians of players registering for the 2020-2021 season. No player (under the age of 18 years) will be rostered to ANY team (Representative/House League) until this program has been undertaken by a parent/guardian.


U8 and U9 Division (Formerly Minor Novice and Novice)

* Registration for players born between 2013-2014

* Registration Fee: $575  

* NEW players must email a copy of their birth certificate to Registrar in PDF format - OMHA mandate - No exceptions!

* NEW players must complete the Respect In Sport Parent Course - OMHA mandate – The program is mandatory for all parents/guardians of players registering for the 2020-2021 season. No player (under the age of 18 years) will be rostered to ANY team (Representative/House League) until this program has been undertaken by a parent/guardian.


U10 through U18 Division  (Formerly Atom through Midget)

* Registration for players born between 2004-2012

* Registration Fee: $600  


New Players

* NEW players must fill out the new player form and upload their birth certificate in PDF format (this info will go to the REGISTRAR only)- OMHA mandate - No exceptions!

* NEW players must complete the Respect In Sport Parent Course as per the OMHA mandate.

Payment options when you register:

1) Register and pay in FULL by Credit Card Online.


2) Upon Registration and pay 35% of  fee plus the hockey Canada fee of $40.16, per child, then pay by Credit Card with 2 equal payments automatically charged on October 15 and January 15.

**returning players from 2020-2021 U8 and up will have a credit applied when players are registered


Important Information:

**All NEW players to the NVMHA must upload their birth certificate and have completed the respect in sports program and fill this form.


**NEW Family Discounts -3rd child 5% off, 4th child 10% off base registration fee**


**All requests to play in a higher division will be determined by the Executive Board - U9 (Formerly Novice) and up only due to Hockey Canada rules**


**If you experience any issues registering online, please email the Registrar at [email protected] with all detailed information ie. who you are trying to register, a picture of the error message etc. We will do our best to work with the OMHA to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible.

This program is mandatory for all parents/guardians of players registering for the 2021-2022 season. No player (under the age of 18 years) will be rostered to ANY team (Representative/House League) until this program has been undertaken by a parent/guardian.
