The Oshawa Generals, in partnership with alumni Ty Tullio, are proud to announce Toolzy’s Troops ahead of the 2023-2024 OHL season! Last season, during Tullio’s final stint with the team, he welcomed hundreds of kids from across the Durham Region to be a part of an Oshawa Generals home game. Receiving tickets to the game, special Ty Tullio merchandise, and event surprise visits after the game, the program consistently brought smiles to the young faces of our community.
Despite graduating from the organization, Tullio continues his commitment to giving back to the city he called home for many years. Starting with the 2022-2023 season, at every Oshawa Generals home game, one minor hockey team will be selected to be Toolzy’s Troops. The players and coaches of the selected team will receive tickets to the game, a Toolzy’s Troops Generals T-shirt, and an extra gift, courtesy of Generals Alumni and Oilers draft pick Tyler Tullio.
Our U13s will be in attendance as the Gens take on the Steelheads October 6, 2023!
