Coach Selection Form

Please fill out all the questions, the more detail the better. If you are interested in coaching but are waiting to see if your child secures a spot on a higher-level team, please submit an application and note this in the comments section. We are holding off on final decisions until after A tryouts in May.

Interviews will be conducted by the NVMHA Coach Selection Committee. Following the interview the committee will recommend the best overall candidate at the next monthly meeting and final selections voted on by the Board. You will be notified either way on the decision made.
